Shipping Policy

  • Pick Ups are available daily from 9 am to 4 pm.

  • Minimum order for Balter Trucks is $250 net per order.

  • Common Carrier (LTL) shipments are available nationwide. Lift gate is available at an additional charge.

  • Messenger/Uber Delivery Service is available upon request. Delivery charge will be added to your invoice.

Common Carrier/LTL Shipments

Products or orders too large or heavy to ship via Balter Trucks or outside our local delivery area will be delivered to you via common carrier. It is your responsibility to take the product off of the back of the truck and into your business. You will receive a call from the carrier to set up delivery.

Upon receiving a delivery, you need to sign for the shipment after you have checked to make sure that it arrived in good condition. You should note any issues on the delivery receipt. If there is any evidence of breakage or damage the truck drivers are able to wait up to 15 minutes while you inspect individual items for any damage, also confirm you received the correct amount of items.

If you notice any damage, you are allowed to break the shrink wrap on the skids to inspect individual items. If any item is clearly damaged or missing, or if you have any doubt about any item being damaged or missing, please follow the procedures listed below:

  • The delivery receipt must be noted with the issues and keep a copy of the receipt.

  • Take pictures to document damaged items and keep boxes, crates and cartons showing the damage.

Finalized orders placed before 12:00 pm

Without proper documentation we cannot assure any compensation for damages. If you sign without noting any issues we cannot go back to the carrier or manufacturer.
